Mustafa Ergünoğlu

He began his banking career as a Management Trainee (MT) at the Foreign Trade Department of Ottoman Bank, and continued in Corporate and Commercial Banking at international banks including Koçbank, ING Bank and HSBC. He has approximately 20 years of international banking experience, including branch management.

Since 2016, he has been providing international advisory services in the field of Corporate Finance.

His key areas of expertise include project finance, refinancing, credit structuring, investment project financing, international credits, distressed debt financing, corporate reporting, risk analysis, financial analysis, credit rating reports, due diligence, financial audit and trade finance.
